Our primary source of funding comes from the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities to support short-term projects and long-term initiatives in the Literacy and Basic Skills section. Many of these activities are co-sponsored by the National Literacy Secretariat (NLS), a division of Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC). CESBA projects focus on promoting best practices and disseminating research results.
