ESL/FSL Learner Snapshot Survey 2011

Once again the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration, in partnership with CESBA are collecting data from adult learners in Ontario who are receiving non-credit language instruction in both English and French school boards.  This Snapshot survey will again take the form of a plain language census in which language learners share information during the same week in every Ontario School Board delivering adult English or French non-credit language training.

It is a province wide Snapshot that garnered significant information in 2008 and in 2010 for both the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration and Ontario School Boards. This year’s survey will take place during the week of October 17^th, 2011.

The following links provide you with important materials to support your learners and the instructors who will administer the survey.

For English as a Second Language Learners:

For French as a Second Language Learners:
