International Education Committee

A number of Ontario school boards are active in the international arena. At the moment, other than some occasional collaboration or sharing, each board acts alone. Some have been involved for many years; others for only a short time, and some are still in the exploratory stage.

The CESBA International Education Committee has been active for many years. Its members have been exploring the possibility of collaboration in the area of international education under the CESBA banner.

The CESBA Board of Directors has approved the recommendation of this committee to explore implementing some form of collaboration. What form this might take, and what elements that would involve remains to be worked out.

CESBA IE members are also involved with CAPSI, the national association of schools boards active in international education.
