CESBA's object is to...promote and advance the cause of adult and continuing education.

Incorporation

The Ontario Association of Adult & Continuing Education School Board Administrators, aka CESBA, is a non-profit corporation registered as Ontario Corporation Number 001352660. Although CESBA received its articles of incorporation on April 28, 1999, it has existed for several decades as an informal association.

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the association is usually held during CESBA's Spring Conference. Officers and Board Members are elected and other association business is decided.

Membership

CESBA membership (PDF 13 KB) is open to any adult who subscribes to the object of the corporation. The membership fee is set by the Board of Directors of the Association. The current membership fee is $85 per year (including GST). Delegates who attend one of the two conferences (spring & fall) generally can purchase membership in the association as part of the registration process.
